The Space
Built in 2018, our Cityzen Residence Apartment is modern, hip, spotlessly clean and an inviting space to relax during your time in Victoria. This stylish penthouse suite sleeps 4 guests, with 1 queen bedroom and 1 king bedroom including an ensuite bathroom. The living area is bright and spacious with an open concept, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy lounging outside? This Penthouse suite has one of the largest patios in Victoria! The patio is well lit, has comfortable furniture and a dining area for when you finish grilling up your favorite meal on the BBQ. Other amenities you will enjoy include an Apple TV, free wifi, luxury mattress, in suite washer and dryer, complimentary coffee for your first morning and everything you need to ensure a relaxing stay in Victoria.
Very strict no pet policy, no exceptions.
Guest Access
For ultimate easy access, each guest will be given 2 unique codes for access and self check-in. One code for the exterior entrance and one for the apartment door. Check-in instructions will be sent via email prior to arrival.
Other Things To Note
There is parking included with your apartment ( Parking stall 1) . Also, there is an abundance of nearby street parking and paid parking lots near the building which are always open. There is Apple TV in the Living Room, please note the TV does not have cable.
