Welcome to the best location in Downtown Victoria! This bright and beautiful 8th-floor corner suite is ideally located within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, pubs, shopping, Victoria's Inner Harbour, and the BC Museum.
The Space
This 8th-floor north-east facing corner suite includes a private balcony with calm views of the city. Numerous windows allow natural light to illuminate each space. This suite features an open-concept living space, 2 well-separated bedrooms, one with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and one with a queen bed. The distinctive New Serta Signature Plush mattresses on both of the beds give our visitors a comfortable night's sleep. A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, an island, and stainless steel appliances are added attributes of this suite. A laundry room, hardwood and tile floors, fresh carpet in the bedrooms, and a Smart TV with Netflix are all features of the suite.
Please note that stays lasting longer than 14 nights are required to have a mandatory clean once every 7 days at the expense of the guest. There is a strict no-pet policy for this suite. No exceptions.

For ultimate easy access, guests will be provided with self-check-in instructions which will be sent via email prior to arrival.
Cozy patio, Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, Two standing fans, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Stove, Fridge, Coffee maker, Tower Fan, Hair Dryer, and First Aid Kit. Silk Roads Tea and a Nespresso coffee maker with coffee are also available to guests.

A kettle is kept in the cabinet under the counter.
Smart TV has Netflix included. All other Apps require their own login.
Showers and sinks may need to be run for at least 30 seconds for hot water
Shampoo/Soap dispensers in the shower can get air bubbles inside - press the button several times to eventually dispense.
Dishwasher: Please use the dishwashing pods provided - do not use dish soap as it will over the foam and leak out.
Parking for one vehicle is included. There is plenty of adjacent street parking and paid parking spaces around the building that are always open for any additional vehicles.
